"Wow, never thought I would be reviewing I.B.'s material, since I sang on the first 2 cd's 'Voracious Contempt' and 'The Extinction of Benevolence'. I reunited w/them a few yr's ago and met the new singer Jerry and we hit it off. I sang a few tunes off the V.C. cd that night and reconnected w/some old friends. Thanks to my boy Bill and Jerry for thanking me in the new cd, it means alot. Also glad Matt Ferrera joined the band, he was always a good friend and writer of some great music-yes I still love Repudilation. Anyway onto this review. The band has achieved the best production to date and the heaviness of the guitar's are pretty damn brutal here. I love this new cd. Hands down the best tracks are Bleed by Example and the brutal heaviness of Intolerance. While not having the real deep ends vocally like I had in the band Jerry has more of a deathcore voice. I love his vocals and they fit the style the band is in now, playing a fine mixture of hardcore and death metal. I will always be close w/Chris and Bill, for all the things we went through to get the name of IB out years ago and look forward to seeing not only them again but also Jerry and Matt and the new basist. This is a brutally heavy release that will make you want to do windmills in the pit, pick-up change and carry people out in body bags. Hey guys I would love to do some vocals for your next cd, if not I am still cool w/that. Anyway Buy or Die!!!!!"

"Brutal new release by Internal Bleeding that shows their hardcore side. This is death metal new york style, and is the perfect example of a death metal/hardcore crossover band. With that aside this band is just as good if not better than other bands of their style such as Misery Index, Dying Fetus, and Skinless. This CD has some of the most brutal songs of all time, songs so heavy you can't even imagine. I only have one other Internal Bleeding CD "Voracious Contempt" but I can tell you right now that this one is much better, in fact this is one of the best CDs of the year 2004. The best songs are "Arm Our Youth", "This Day I Fight", and "Bleed By Example". Internal Bleeding-Death Metal New York Style."
