"Wow, The (International) Noise Conspiracy, these guys are amazing, how can I describe the energy coming from this cd. From the first note that came from the speakers, I knew this was something different. I have listened to their older stuff and this is something completely different. Their first full-length First Conspiracy is more of just cool beats with catchy lyrics, while Survival Sickness, their second, is harder, faster riffs. Their newest project, A New Morning ,Changing Weather is their best stuff yet. Combine jazzy indie music, the best studio work I've seen in a long time, meaningful lyrics(mainly on the evils of capitalism), GREAT vocals(Dennis is a madman with the mic), and some of the most talented songwriters in the world, and you get A New Morning, Changing Weather.
::Song Review::
1.Northwest Passage
- (10) Great Song, talks of the "Northwest Passage" we're all trying to find, the way to happiness2.Up For Sale
- (9) This song is about Capitalism and how we are all "Up For Sale" Only reason for rating it 9 is it gets rather repetitive at the end3.Bigger Cages, Longer Chains
- (10)In the top three. Catchiest song on the album. Many different interesting parts. Listen to it up at the music sampler. 4.Breakout 2001
- (10) Great Chorus. About how we can break away from the capitalist rulers in our world5. A Body Treatise
- (9) Starts slow, picks up to be a great song 6.Born into a Mess
- (10) Great music by every part in the band. Many different parts also7. New Empire Blues
- (10)Three way tie for the best song on the album. Great guitar riffs, extremely well though out song. Guest saxophone parts.8.Capitalism Stole My Virginity
- (10) You can guess what this song is about. Amazing vocals on Dennis' part. Keyboards play a great part in this song.9. Last Century Promise
- (9) Good song, except for the guitar screeching that is in the background the whole time
10. Dead Language of Love
- (9) Good song, great vocals.11. A New Morning, Changing Weather
- (10) Title Song, and a great one! This song is in the three way tie also, but I would probably say this is the best on the album. Best vocal on the cd, best guitar, best keyboards, best drums. Everything is moving too fast for life on this track. Great chorus, the keyboard outro is the best I've ever heard on any cd ever. All in all, this is the best cd I own, and I doubt it will ever be less than that, that is unless, of course, TINC comes out with a new full length, which,I'm sure will be nothing less than phenomenal. They will be at Warped Tour 2004, so if your getting tickets make sure you go to these guys because they put on the best live show I've ever seen."
Maybe it's just me

"I hate to criticize an album by making reference to another, but after listening to INC I find myself drawing comparisons to The Refused(inevitably), a band which is probably my favorite of all time(reading Marx's Capital and then having "New Noise" or "Deadly Rhythm" in your ear makes you want to riot, BTW). In my opinion the INC lacks a certain bite that the Refused had, and some may say that this is natural and that Dennis is "evolving" blah blah blah...but with a terribly thought out song title(capitalism stole my virginity, WTF?)and a toned down sound, i found myself disappointed with the album...maybe in a couple years when i start to chill out i'll be able to enjoy this, but right now there definitely seems to be something lacking...pick it up and judge for yourself though. later"
