"In an age where you have to pick between the latest, hippest sounds, and something that is really saying something, I found it very refreshing to hear "the mediations". The music is fresh sounding and emotive, but what is really special is that there is an artist, who is really saying something.With repeated listenings, I was able to really piece together a moving story, that is contained in this cd. This may not be for everyone - if you just want to hear samples and teen age girls singing about boys, look elsewhere. If you like some lyrical content, and introspection, and music that can touch and inspire you, I think "the meditations" is right on the money. oh, and as a note to amazon.com, if they read these, i think the name of the group is "inviolate", not "inviolent".cheers."
