Singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer, songwriter and performer, Ish Ledesma?s resume is as impressive as his reputation as a musician?s musician. Ish experienced his first taste of success as a young man fronting the hit group Foxy. Foxy?s blend of disco funk propelled them to the top of the charts in 1978 when they scored a #1 hit with the now classic club anthem "Get Off". The album "Get Off" also scored high on the Pop Album chart (#12) and was # 3 on the R&B Album chart. Ish then went on to work with ABBA on their hit 1979 release "Voulez Vous". An impressive start but it doesn?t end there ? Ish is the brainchild behind Company B?s huge dance hit "Fascinated" in the 80?s ? Oxo?s huge pop smash "Whily Girl", Blue Moderne?s "Through The Night", Apollonia?s "Since I Fell For You" ? in the 90?s he worked with Bone Thugs N? Harmony and was responsible for their huge smash ? "All Good". Along the way came hits for Latimore and even 2 Live Crew. For this compilation, Ish assembled the original musicians from various past successes and over a period of two years updated all his dance classics with a modern twist.
