"Sunday, January 12, 2003I have both of Ivan Rosenberg's CDs. The "Lost Coast" CD is very good. Any lover of Dobro Music will love the CD. However Ivan Rosenberg's CD "Back To The Pastures," not for sale on Amazon, is by far his Best CD. For those who love Square Neck Slide Dobro Music, Bluegrass and Progressive Acoustic Music, both of Ivan's CDs are a must. The "Lost Coast" was Ivan's First CD that I know of. No doubt the time in the Recording Studio for "Lost Coast" prepared Ivan Rosenberg and his Recording Band to do an outstanding job on "Back To The Pastures" for "Back To The Pastures" is absolutely outstanding.I predict that both of Ivan Rosenberg's CDs will be collectable in the many years to come that it takes for a CD to become collectable. It will be collectable because the music on both Ivan Rosenberg's CDs is absolutely the Greatest.Ivan Rosenberg's Fresh Approach to both Bluegrass and Acoustic Music is outstanding and in some ways makes his music more listenable than the same type of music recorded by the Recording Business Establishment. If Ivan Rosenberg's CD "Back To The Pastures" was distributed and Promoted by "Sugar Hill" Records it would be one of the best selling CDs.For certain if you love good acoustic music that is progressive, and really artistic, you will have to love both of Ivan Rosenberg's CDs.
