"Wow! J.D., as always, has brought together a collection of superb musicians, and, as always, plays the banjo with drive, inventiveness, and a crystalline purity that is reminiscent of (dare I say) Mozart. The harmonies on "I Don't Know" remind me of those found on Alison Krauss's recordings; "White Freightliner" is perhaps even better than The Newgrass Revival's classic version. "J's Tune" shows off the master at his best: nothing that you can't imagine Earl Scruggs playing, but with a creativity within the Scruggs style that is unique to J.D. The musicianship matches the high standard that we've all come to expect of J.D. and his colleagues."
