"Slayers Premium is the soundtrack to the 2001 mini-movie "Slayers Premium" (go figure) that went on a road show in December, along with several other anime movies. I'm not about to give away the story (because I'm not reviewing the movie), but what makes this movie unique is that, unlike all the other Slayers movies, this one features the TV cast! Yep, Lina, Gourry, Zelgadis, Amelia, and Xelloss are back after about three years! This CD has six tracks- two of them sung by Megumi Hayashibara. The only other vocal track is sung by Yuri Shiratori. I only gave this CD three stars because for some reason, the songs didn't give off much of a "Slayers vibe". The main song, "Feel Well", is pretty much laid back and definetly not as good as most of the MANY other Slayers songs out there. The second track, "Rumba Rumba" is much better, and is a really fun song. The third song, "Anata wa Takogo" isn't very long and doesn't have anything very special to it. The last three tracks are karaoke versions of the vocal songs.
