I m letting my lighthearted side out to play in this celebration of love, laughter, family, and fun! Love & Life is a jubilant exploration of my newest chapter of life. When the sun comes out from behind the clouds, even for an instant, it brightens everyone s day. That is to say...it s all about the little moments, each one of them. On Love & Life, I tried to capture a ray of sunshine that shines in times both good and bad. I hope it shines for you. Love & Life is the answer to the question I didn t quite realize I was asking on Trying to Find My Way Home . Can you find meaning in the darkness? Is it worth it to push through? I sought the destination in the journey my last album chronicled. Yet Love & Life is also a journey of its own, one experienced with both a mature giddiness and a bittersweet smile. My goal here is to focus on the positive, optimistic side of life.
