"Whew, this review is a little emotional for me. This CD came out when I was going through a horrendous divorce from my first wife. The First track would literally put me in tears..."Porque todo lo que yo tengo....." Jay talks about how the girl is all he has in one song, then in the next song he talks about finding a new woman. Then in another song he talks about how he doesn't love her anymore....all what I was going through. His music inspires me, and was the shoulder I needed when I was at my lowest. Jay is by far what I would consider the best voice in Tejano music. His style has no comparison,he is in a class and a league by himself. And FINALLY, the TTMA's give him the recognition he deserves by winning the best male vocalist award. This cd is worth getting."

"I LOVE JAY PEREZ, HIS SONG "TODO LO QUE YO TENGO" WAS THE SONG THAT STARTED MY WHOLE FASCINATION WITH JAY PEREZ. I FELL IN LOVE WITH HIS VOICE AND HAVE REMAINED A LOYAL FAN SINCE THIS ALBULM CAME OUT. I LOVE THE WAY THIS MAN CAN POUR HIS SOUL OUT WHILE SINGING A SONG, I CAN FEEL WHAT HE MEANS, AND HE WILL FOREVER BE MY #1 MALE SINGER. I THINK THE TTMA'S FINALLY GAVE HIM THE CREDIT THAT HE WAS DUE BY WINNING MALE VOCALIST OF THE YEAR. JAY PEREZ IS NOT ONLY THE VOZ, BUT HE IS THE KING IN MY HEART, I LOVE YOU JAY PEREZ!!!!!!!!!!!"
