"Hi!
I have had my Fragile Sunrise CD now since June, and I cannot get enough of it. All of the songs on here are so upbeat and refreshing. I love the accoustic guitar sound and the harmonizing on the songs, this leaves you wanting more. I find the lyrics soooooo nice and sincere. Jeff's own uniqueness blended with the talents of Gerry Beckley & Dewey Bunnell (AMERICA), Timothy B. Schmit (Eagles), & Jeff Foskett, make for such a nice outcome for sure. I would recommend this CD as a must have to anyone in a hearbeat! I want to add one more thing the last track on this CD is a pleasant surprise and a keepsake for sure! So go ahead give it a try, I am sure you will be pleased just as I am! Nice! Nancy :)"

"Anyone who is thinking of purchasing this album, should. From start to finish, this album will keep you smiling and your foot tapping. Like all of Larson's albums, it is filled with rich harmonies and all original material. Keep them coming Jeff!"
Soft Rock Fan? Gotta have this one...

"This album is fantastic! If you're a fan of America, Dan Fogelberg, Beach Boys, Poco, Eagles, etc., you need this album. Jeffery Foskett (vocal, guitars) has a heavy influence (Beach Boys, Brian Wilson), Hank Linderman produces (America, Gerry Beckley, Timothy B. Schmit), and guest appearances of Gerry Beckley, Dewey Bunnel, and Tim Schmit make this an outstanding effort. Norman (by America's Beckley) is a great song. Jeff Larson may be a throwback to the '70s but you gotta love this CD!"

"Jeff Larson has probably been born out of his time. His muscianship and sound are reminiscent of the singer songwriters of the late 70's early eighties. I would liken his sound closest to Timothy B Schmit's Feed the Fire, and given that Hank Lindeman worked on both albums I guess there's no coincidence. In fact Larson's vocal delivery is very much like Schmit's as is his song content and use of harmonies. All other reviewers have quoted America, Eagles, Poco, James Taylor and while I guess its close to America, I really do believe its Tim Schmit all the way who, surprise surprise pops up on "Changing Colours"
Unfortunately for Larson this album will not make him a Superstar or sell millions. But for good honest endeavour, sheer aural beauty and good strong melodies, I give him five stars. There are the standout tunes on this, being "Place where I belong" & "Faraway Mary". All in all a lovely listen, which will grow on you.
I'm convinced and will pursue his albums vigourously."

"I first found out about Jeff Larson through Gerry Beckley's web site. Before that I had never heard of him. I read the reviews that said he sounded like most of my favorite groups from the 60's and 70's. I was a little skeptical at first, but thought I've gotta check this guy out, so i made my first purchase. wow, what a pleasant surprise! This guy is amazing. A superb voice with incredible harmonies. The reviews were true. Jeff is an amazing blend of America, beach boys, CSN&Y, Poco, J.D. Souther, and the Eagles(very close to Glen Frey). I cant get enough. In fact, I had to purchase the rest of his CD's. Jeff is very talented and of course has excellant musicians teaming up with him. Gerry Beckley of America is impeccable as usual. I would have to say, if you really like this style, don't hesitate to buy Fragile Sunrise. I'm thrilled there is someone still producing this high caliber of music. My only regret is that I didn't discover Jeff Larson years earlier. I'm anxious for his next release."
