"I keep this album in my player all day long. I love it. My favorites are Lauren, Sarah's Song, Her Heart, Hey, Carol Ann and the Room For Summer alt version. The fast-paced songs on this album are really fun. My only criticism of this album is that (with the exception of Lauren and Her Heart) it doesn't have enough beautiful ballads that were so prevalent on Larson's previous album ("Song For Renee, "Touch of June"); even still, this is a great album. Anyone who buys this, won't be sorry - you'll become a big fan of Jeff Larson and his music."

"Hey"! This a great CD

"I had purchased his previous CD "Watercolor Sky" so I was familar with his work. "Watercolor Sky" was full of beautiful harmonies and melodies that became the sound track for my many summer travels that year. I really didn't think he could surpass W.C.S. but I think he has with "Room for Summer". This is not like other CDs that you problably own with one or two good songs that you play a few times and forget about. This CD has great songs top to bottom. Every song has somthing to offer and you will find yourself craving to hear it again and again. "Hey" is the first track and jumps right out on you. A very melodic up tempo song that will cause you to hit the repeat button a few times. You are hooked from the get go. "Hey" was originally my favorite track but my favorite seems to change with each listen, which is a testament to how strong this CD is. "Carol Ann", the 2nd track is a well grafted song that is full of great harmonies and a wonderful melody. "From the Word Go", "Sarah's Song", "Lot to Learn", "All the Sudden Cool" and "Room for Summer" all continue in the same vein of great melody and harmonies. Jeffrey Foskett lends his outstanding vocal talents to most of the harmonies as he did with Jeff's previous CD. These songs aren't just catchy pop tunes there is great depth to the song writing. "Lauren" is a great example of this depth. It is a very touching tribute to a young girl who passed away. "Postcard" is also a great example of the song writing on this CD. It has great imagery and feel. "...sunset 1979", I love that. This CD just flows with a great mix of up tempo tunes with an occasional ballad. The bonus tracks are cool to have on there as well especially the orchestral reprise of "Lauren" and "Room for Summer" which I think I like better. If the melodies don't hook you then the harmonies will and if that doesn't do it for you it will be the song writing. It is impossible not to love this CD. Jeff has his work cut out for him trying to top this one. As you can tell I highly recommend this one."

"This has it all - electric pop / acoustic rock, strong ballads, and even a symphonic piece at the end! Better than the previous, which was great, but this one really rules! I hope there will be more."
