Ian Partridge is one of Britain's leading lyric tenors. In particular, she has earned international recognition with her brother, Ian Partridge, for the beautifully balanced musical partnership they have achieved in innumerable broadcasts and recitals of the songs of Fauré, Schumann, Schubert and leading British composers such as Britten, Gurney and Warlock. Many of their recordings of Lieder and English songs - notably their acclaimed interpretation of the Schubert song cycle Die schöne Müllerin - have become essential collectors' items.
