"I only have 2 other Messina albums plus one l&m. Doesn't matter. This album is classic. I happened to hear Jim being interviewed on KLOS or KMET around the time this came out and they'd play many of the tracks in between talking with him. There is not a bad track on the album. Listen to the samples and you'll get a good idea except they're not really long enough to get into the hooks.

"Money Alone" "Break the Chain" "Lovin you every minute" are my personal favorites, but this is one of those RARE albums where once you start listening, and you say to yourself I'll turn it off when I get to a dud, you end up hearing the whole album. There is no filler.

It's got Neil Larsen (the greatest unknown keyboardist), Jeff and Joe Porcaro, Chuck Findley and a great horn section, Darol Anger and David Grisman.

Writing about music is difficult because it is so subjective. But I will personally refund your money if you like L&M and you don't like this. It's that good. Buy it now before it goes out of print again."
