"I disagree with an earlier review of this CD. The Jodimars did not fail as bad as previously reported. Quite the contrary, they had quite a bit of success in the states with several hits. Their hits may not have made an impact in Germany, but we loved them here in the states. Leaving Haley in the mid fifties over money issues, three of the original Comets left and formed the Jodimars. Well Now Dig This and Let's All Rock Together was a double sided hit in many areas. Their label Capitol was negligent in giving them proper promotion, instead pushing such fluff as violin laden instrumentals and syrupy vocals of other artists. If you're lookin' for tear down the walls, house wreckin' early rock, look no further than this classic collection. If Capitol had done their duty, the Jodimars would have been a bigger success than Haley himself."

All the stuff they did on one CD - and even more. GREAT!

"They wanted to become as big as Bill Haley, but they failed dramatically. Although the ex-members of the Comets did a good job, they didn't have a hit in the charts. Great stuff, great songs, and a tight production. But there are more highlights: two interviews with Bill Haley and even five extremely rare recordings from the late 60s."
