CD ReviewsHighly Recommended Heavy Bluesbased Hardrock 1971 Andersson, Christer | Sweden | 08/17/2007 (5 out of 5 stars) "This British based band plays a very heavy bluesy rock. There's plenty of heavy blasting guitar, great songs and good ideas.A couple really good tracks on here with a great guitar tone. overall a very good album. One of those that make you wonder why you hadn't heard of it before. Definitely counts as a classic!. I have not found any biography of this group. Highly Recommended." Who Are These Guys They Sound like Cream From A Parallel Uni HershonJones | Michigan | 08/19/2007 (5 out of 5 stars) "Great album. Great drumming & bass, especially. Some really good songs. They sound like the second coming of Cream? Who are these guys? I see nothing about who was in this band on the web at all?" JODO "Guts" /Green Bullfrog - Blackmore connection Jon Silence | Los Angeles | 07/13/2008 (4 out of 5 stars) "What has never been disclosed is that this obscure and excellent album by Jodo features the vocals of Earl Jordan, aka 'Jordan', who was the only participant who used his real name as the vocalist on the legendary Green Bullfrog album featuring Ritchie Blackmore. The Jodo 'Guts' album was released at about the same time as Green Bullfrog in the US, on the same label, Decca. 'Guts' is an album worth having if you're into 70s riff rock ala Leafhound, etc. Jordan sounds as if he is black, and sings not unlike Mike Harrison of Spooky Tooth."
