"You cannot deny the fact that Joey McIntyre has an incredible voice. This recording not only showcases his voice, but also shows he can have a lot of fun in the process. It's just him, Eman playing the guitar and a small crowd of Joey Mac fans. A great use of your listening hour. You will be pleasantly surprised! This recording does have a few obscene words, but if you can overlook that, you will have found one of the best "live" recordings in the past 5 years."
NOT BAD AT ALL JOE MAC....

"Since Joey never comes around my area, I was glad to at least be able to pick up his LIVE cd. It contains lots of tracks from his two solo cd's and also some rare live material...he is in great voice and does well. He sure seems to be having the time of his life! He deserves more recognition! Good job Joe Mac!"
Joey Mac- Live & Rocking!

"As a fan of Joey McIntyre from his New Kids days, I purchased this CD as soon as I found it. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear how much Joe has matured, and this live album is the perfect format to showcase his music. In addition to his own music, his covers of Time after Time and Landslide are incredible. The best way to approach Joe's music is to not think of him as a boy band member grown up and gone solo- just think of him as a male vocalist who got started early. Oh, and props to Eman- not only does he sound great, but the song All the Way is from his album, and it rocks. Buy this album- you won't regret it!"
Very Impressive

"I admit, when I first ordered this CD several months ago, I assumed it would be mediocre, but as a diehard Joe Mac fan I wanted to give it a chance. Boy was I surprised. Not only did Joe write most of the songs himself (which seems unusual among many modern artists, who have little creative writing talent), but also the music is *real* - real guitar, real harmonica, real piano, the works. I know this might seem obvious since the CD was recorded live in a club, but it was so refreshing to hear good music performed the "old-fashioned way" that I had to mention it here. Joe and Eman are serious when they need to be, yet not uptight: they know when to throw in a few jokes, draw in the audience, and poke fun at each other in a way that makes you wish you were right there watching. Even my older sister, once a New Kid fan like me but now a very critical skeptic, was impressed by the music and singing. So was my husband, and we all know how most guys feel about the NKOTB; I would catch him walking around the house singing one of Joe's songs! The only problem I have with this CD is that it has a lot of cursing that I believe takes away from the quality of the songs; however, I guess this is my own fault for buying the "explicit lyrics" version. I highly recommend the (clean) CD to everyone, not just Joe McIntyre's original "braveheart" fans. I promise you'll be very impressed, and like me, you might end up keeping it in your CD player to listen to whenever you're home."
