"I have listned to this CD a thousand times and have not gotten tired if it yet. It is Pure Polka from start to finish. It make you want to get up and dance."
6-Star Talent, but No Vocals!

"Joey Miskulin is arguably one of the best piano accordion players in the world. His talent shines through on this CD on more than just accordion, which features two polka-packed medleys. The musicianship is phenomenal - Joey plays accordion and banjo, which he is less known for but amply talented at. He also performs the remaining keyboard instrumentation, including drums, bass, piano, brass, and winds. The result is impressive for MIDI, especially considering this was originally recorded in 1986.
The only downside, as I allude to in my title, is that there are no vocals on this release. Joey has a great voice, as you can hear on "A Pair of Kings" from Riders in the Sky, and I believe his vocals would have added to this project tremendously. On the plus side, it might just be the ultimate Karaoke polka CD!
In the end, I recommend this to all fans of superb accordion playing. It might not be the best choice for newcomers to the genre due to the absence of vocals on some of polka's most well-known tunes, but it's nonetheless a very solid recording.
I recommend it."
