Soothing and re-listenable

"if you enjoy Winston'esque piano solos, this is one for your collection. The mood is introspective and with feeling. I've listened to this many, many times and I still find passages that say something new."
Absolutely Great!

"...I've played First Impressions many times since receiving it and find something different to like each time. Haunting, mystical, spiritual, uplifting, joyful...these are just some of the feelings this work invokes. I own John's last CD, Oh Yeah, which was also great, but this new one is better to "mellow out" with. John David Miller is a very talented musician!"
Wow!!

"I found myself drawn in, deeper and deeper. You can just feel the emotion evolve and the depth of feeling progress. A truly amazing CD - the polish of a composition with the emotional integrity of improvisation. Remeniscent of George Winston, but with a voice all his own. Highly recommended."
