"Eight is a Rhythm Elixir for the Earth and all its peoples.

8 brings me back to myself time and time again.

Each track on Eight - even when you listen for the first time - is like a very, very dear old friend you never tire of greeting again. Eight is primal, sacred, real, pulse & pleasure. I love the variety of grooves, rhythm elements/instruments and bass licks.

I put it on for my personal yoga practice and slip into a sweet state of flow out of time and mind.

John de Kadt's collaborations on various tracks also make space for the beauty, gifts and voices of other creative artists.
