"Being someone with partial hearing, I was never able to fully enjoy this music in the original format because in the original, the sound quality was sloppy and the whole album/CD sounded like it was buried in mud.
This digitized version, cleaned up and fine-tuned, makes this a first-rate listening experience. Some musical purists may scoff at the improvements, but for me, as a music fan, and not some high-tech critic, these improvements make this CD or MP3 download well worth purchasing."
Just "Gimme Some Truth" already!!

"John Lennon's 1971 album "Imagine" is as good as it gets! This was John's masterpiece, in my opinion. He hit his peak as a solo artist on this. His previous album - "Plastic Ono Band" was a little hard for some Lennon/Beatles' fans to swallow. Although I believe that "Plastic Ono Band" was an excellent album and more raw and emotional than anything he had ever done (or would do)... "Imagine" was John at his best! It's timeless music! A beautifully produced album that ranks up there with some of his finest Beatles' efforts. I should also note that the remastering job is crystal clear - it's a BIG improvement over the earlier issued CD.
Go buy this album! It should be in any music fan's collection.
