CD ReviewsGreat Family Summer Music 03/27/2001 (5 out of 5 stars) "This CD evokes a flood of memories. I can be found listening to this CD with or without my children around. I played "Meteors/The Perseid" on an August night at a family campout. Wonderful! From "Camping in the Wilderness...in My Backyard" to "Power Mower" (my boys especially love this one) this is a real summer MUST. Even "Kid Who Hates Summer" is a fun one when you know that John grew up where summers were short and cool. "Meteors" is my favorite, but each song is special." A great series of 12 songs for the whole family together. 08/28/1999 (5 out of 5 stars) "This has been the favorite album of my 7 year old daughter for this summer. Music that her mom and dad can enjoy over and over again with her. I am catching myself humming the tunes with her and at the office, oh no." FUN, FUN, FUN! S. Bradshaw | Oak Ridge, TN, USA | 04/05/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "John McCutcheon really captures the feelings of summer in this one. We especially like "Camping in the Wilderness", "The Haircut", and "Power Mower". The kids love it, the parents love it. We even play it in the winter sometimes. (Although his Winter album is excellent also.)"
