"I also first heard this song on CMT and had to have it once I heard it. My fiancee and I are seperated temorarily while he's away (Merchant Marine) and although there's not much we can do about that, this song has really helped me deal with it. I emailed his website (johnrichfans.com) and told the fan club how much it meant to me. Well lo' and behold I received an email on Sept. 2nd from John himself letting me know that he read my letter and appreciated the support. What an awesome person to take the time not only to read it, but to respond as well. That only made it mean even more to me! This is an awesome CD and I can't wait to get my hands on the album in its entirety. I recommend it to anyone who loves music with MEANING that will have you believing in something again when you were just about to give up on it. (It doesn't hurt that he's a blue-eyed hottie either!)I've already bought one for my soon to be sis-in-law who's in the same situation as myself. What an impact a beautiful song can make on your heart when it's hurting. And as John Rich wrote to me "Keep the faith"- I definatley will...Next challenge: MAKE the radio stations play it!!! I plan to keep bugging them til they do!"

""I Pray For You" is a beautiful song.I saw the video on CMT when it debuted in July.It was so dreamy and original-I knew I had to have it right away!! After a long month of searching,I found it and it gets played over and over and guess what? You are in for a wonderful surprise because the 2nd song "Old Blue Mountain" is so good I dont know if I could choose my favorite between the two.I promise you will love both songs!! I am eagerly awaiting the release of John's album.I predict a big winner. Get ready for John Rich everybody!!!"
