"John Valby aka Dr. Dirty has been around for a long time. His music and especialy this particular album is totally bizarre. It is hard to put into words how this music comes across. Taking songs we sang as children and changing the lyrics to something this strange takes a particular talent. If you like your music strange, somewhat perverted, and sometimes outright profane, you will love this album."
This is ORIGINAL dirt!

"Dr. Dirty was about the farthest thing from PC as one could imagine - and hearing his stuff with the same vigor and energy as he sounded when I saw him in some bar 20+ years ago...this man is a legend!!! If you want some seriously funny stuff with nasty language about the issues but to the point, give Dr. Dirty a try - he is one man who can take you on a trip and leave you wondering why you took it in the first place - but you end up feeling pretty good about it at the end of the night...."
The Purest Filth you've ever heard. IT ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

"Dr. Dirty is the king of all filth. This album is a must for all Valby Fans and a great beginning for all Valby virgins. Just as good on CD as he is performing in a Long Island bar. The first Valby cassette I ever owned was "Give Me Dirt or Give Me Death." I lost it five years ago. I recently discovered Amazon and found the lost Valby classics. This one is one of the best."
