Honky Tonk Heaven

"This is a great album that really highlights the talent of Johnny Bush. The songs are pure, honest honky tonk. The title track is the best on the album, with "They're Hanging Me Tonight" right behind. The emotion and imagery in these songs are remarkable. Other songs are a throwback to the days of Ray Price and Saturday nights spent on a sawdust floor. Johnny Bush proves once again, that he is one of Texas' premier storytellers and honky tonk singers."
An incredible CD

"Only one review of this amazing honky tonk CD? Where are all the fans of REAL country music? This is Johnny Bush's masterpiece. No one, but no one--not even George Jones--can sing a honky tonk song like Johnny. He is the voice of country music. Standouts on this CD are "They're Hanging Me Tonight," the haunting "Lost Highway Saloon," and the heartbreaking cover of T. Graham Brown's "Water Into Wine.""
