This album is a good mix of songs that range from the bluesy to the hard-rocking. 'Between the Lines' could be considered his "obligatory single," but even that song is not a pop throw-away. While he has not achieved the star status of Hendrix, Jon Butcher's technique is equally focused and his style is just as finely tuned as any other guitarist with blues/rock/metal influences."
