Synopsis

Album Description
Created for the opening of the acclaimed new spirituallly-oriented nightclub, Spirit NY, this CD is a fusion of ancient sacred sounds and modern dance beats, creating an enchanting musical hybrid that is guaranteed to get your feet moving AND your chakras resonating. This is dance music for body, mind and spirit! Experience the magic of ChakraDance and let it MOVE YOU! ChakraDance was created by empowered Chant Master and pioneering Sound Healer, Jonathan Goldman, as a vibrational shifting tool for movement and dance. Combining state-of-the-art technology with time honored, sacred chakra tones and ancient chants, Goldman has created a musical first - a techno journey through the chakras. Using Sanskrit mantras, Kabbalistic vowels, Pythagorean tuning forks, environmental effects, Psychoacoustic frequencies, Tibetan chanting, bells & bowls, vocal incantations, synthesizers, and driving dance rhythms, this recording is an extraordinary new combination of sonics from the creator of HEALING SOUNDS!

"We say: It sounds like The Chemical Brothers met up with a bunch of Tibetan monks and Dido and recorded a CD. We are clueless as to what the ancient Sanskrit phenomenon really means, but ChakraDance is actually pretty cool to listen and chill out to. It has that liquid, dance club vibe that makes you want to break out some glow sticks and wiggle around like a blob of Jell-O."

"Chakradance is a progressive techno album with lush vocal arrangements - I recommend it."
C'mon Man, it's the same thing.

"I loved Chakra Chants. I liked Chakra Chants 2. Chakra Dance is good, and I haven't tried it outside of my bedroon yet, but it is the ame backdrop loaded with dance beats. I mean, if you're going to be creative about something, be creative about it. I am sure you could find other ways to open the chakras through dance."
