CD ReviewsL's in the house! 11/15/1999 (4 out of 5 stars) "I found that Jonny L's last album, "Sawtooth," was a great introduction to drum 'n bass music. I have since bought joints by Asian Dub Foundation, Talvin Singh, and Amon Tobin to dig deeper into this realm. However, Jonny holds a special place with me for introducing me. "Magnetic" continues his excellent reign of terror. Though the soundscapes do get repetitive, they manage to take you to his alien world and you never get bored. Especially kick-butt are "Accelerate" with Lady Kier (formerly of Deee-Lite) and "Viper" (with Optical) - your speakers/headphones had better be equipped to handle shattering drums. Pass this up at your own risk."
