"While on a trip to Mexico recently, I bought this CD and have nearly worn it out. Every song on this CD is wonderful. Jose is full of rich deep romantic rhythm and has a great Latin beat as well."

Just for the hard to die fans of Jose.

"ENGLISH: With the production by the composer Roberto Livi again, Jose Jose records this album that is like a second part of the album "Mujeriego", but with more search of creativity in the songs. Jose Jose told that its oriented to the mexican-american people. That's why "Distancia" is the name of the album and also the song "La Llamaban Maria" talks about the story of a woman that lives in another country and writes letters to his family in Mexico (or another latin american country). The songs "Ojala que te mueras" and "Amar sin ser amado" are O.K., but the album misses the same power of other albums with Jose Jose.SPANISH Con la producción del compositor Roberto Livi otra vez, José graba este album que es como la segunda parte de "Mujeriego", pero con más búsqueda en los temas. José José dijo que este album está dedicado al público mexico-americano. Es por eso que "Distancia" es el nombre del disco y que "La llamaban María" hable de una mujer que vive en otro país y que escribe cartas a su familia en México (u otro país latinoamericano). Las canciones "Ojalá que te mueras" y "Amar sin ser amado" suenan bien pero al album le falta la fuerza de otros álbumes de José."
