"His song titled 'Como Es El?' (Who is he?) Always, and will always bring tears to my eyes. It is about a father writing a letter to his daughter regarding the man she is about to marry; of how they met, why/where she fell in love with him, and of the father telling her that he has robbed him of everything.You have to hear to know what I mean."

"Sin duda alguna José Luis Perales tiene la mejor voz de música romántica en la lengua españa. Este album que contiene 15 de los grandes exitos es ideal como introducción a los otros tantos albumes de Perales. Para muchas personas que aprenden a tocar guitarra, las canciones de Perales son una ayuda indispensable para la introducción a los acordes. Las canciones de Perales no poseen textos banales que se encuentran desgraciadamente en muchas canciones románticas de artistas hispanoamericanos.

Mi consejo es que compren éste y otros albumes de Perales."
