"Some good tunes and strong vocals. I liked this cd in the 90's and bought it for nostalgia. I still like it."

"Become what you are by Juliana Hatfield is a good CD. It's from the early 90s. My Sister and Spin the Bottle are my two favorite songs from it. Overall, it's a good CD, there's only a few songs that I normally skip through."
Pretty good album...

"This is one of her better albums in my opinion. Nice edgy and fun alternation- pop type songs. I would recommned this one."

"In 1993 i thought there was a great almost excellent resurgence a save from the awful falling apart in the 1980's little did i know then about THE PIXIES,then Nirvana STP Phish but there was art mostly in music and animation Beavis and Butthead .Ren and Stimpy that had creative personal, neo radical, alternative punk, real dark to a point, but marvelous it was. A lot tried I thought but wasn't that good but part of the movement. I loved the fact that I was young enough and glamour for a while vanished EVERYWHERE little did I know what tattoo art would represent as well, Alanis and cardigans 1996 great albums ended the movement and creepy bands like weezer oasis creed silverchair and radiohead etc took the innocence and greatness and took the only fantastic Women Rock Period Juliana Liz Phair Breeders Cardigans Veruca Salt Lush Belly Hole and was KILLED by two crappy innovations for money Britney Spears and as bad HANSON SPICE GIRLS murdered this movement and we been stuck with it. However we are in a movement developed by the internet which is a DIY thing which young bands that for a most point cant write play sure it sounds good ( technology perfection I think? )
but is it good as with this album that 17 years later I can still put it on and I still love it. Because partly the artists and movement had that freedom AND WROTE GREAT SONGS this was the end of cd;s and major successful record companies. This album was TWO record deal for atlantic ...never understood that bad deal probably Ahmet wasnt running the show at this point. So anyway there you have it a really expressive great last period of rock music expression. Now 2010 sorry folks don't rely on this early 1990's era to return or my short youth that flashed before my eyes yes kids at 20 you'll see, Im 40 going on 41 and most of those musicians who were once so young it will happen to you.
We have no idols. The Flaming lips should be mention as a closure of their 1999 masterwork The Soft Bulletin."
