"* from the first rift on 'this is not a love song ', I was absolutely hooked by this cd. it's straight pop-rock/emo goodness that makes you want to listen over and over again. these guys could easily take the stage with such bands as the get up kids or promise ring and come out strong. I highly recommend a listen.. or two or three. insightful love lyrics and boyish fun. I dig them. the juliana theory is moving on up - so don't miss them. try them if you like the get up kids, saves the day, jimmy eat world, further seems forever, mineral....etc etc. *"

"It's a shame that not one person i know has ever heard of these guys. They write catchy songs and put their hearts into them when playing live. The cd was a chance purchase I made after hearing one of their songs in the background of an episode of the real world of all places. Luckily the cd was amazing and I have not regretted the purchase once. They blend poppy hooks with shades of punk here and there and create a very listener friendly mix that flows effortlessly between tracks."
The Rockingest Band In The World

"The Juliana Therory is very hard to explain. They're on fire! They understand that they don't need to cuss to be cool. Their sound is amazing. I got this cd in mid October, and it hasn't come out of my cd player since. Listen to all the songs. They rock so hard. This is the kind of band that you don't have to get used to, such as Sunny Day Real Estate. The Juliana Theory has it all together, they have that polished sound such as bands like Jimmy Eat World and Live do. Overall, this cd is just awesome. The lyrics are great, sort of gut wrenching, but not to the extent of whining. Most of their songs have to do with relationships or to that effect. If you don't have this cd, buy it now. You WILL NOT regret it."
