"Fine reggae outing from the vocalist extraordnaire Similar in style to contemporory Max Romeo and with an equal ear for a rocking tune.Contains at least three absolute classics which more than make up for 1 or 2 (only slightly)weaker tunes later on the record.Highly recommended."
Great look at Perry Protege

"Anchored by his most famous tracks "Beat Down Babylon," "Da Da,", "Poor Chubby," and "Curly Locks," this collection of Junior Byles offers the listener some of the most powerful, moving, and overtly militant tracks recorded in the 1970's. add to the mix that he worked extensively with Lee "Scratch" Perry and the music is nothing but gold waiting to be mined.Byles is to this day sadly unknown, but hopefully this collection will begin to offer him the repsect he deserves. It should."
