"Justino Diaz is one of today's best bass-baritones. This record is an excellent showing of his vocal capacities and is well done; cautiously and with quality. A pity not more people know of this strong voiced baritone. His record should have sold out a long time ago. I just bought 6 copies to give away to friends that I have an interest that they hear Justino."
A distinguished singer plays a distinguished composer!

"One of the best singers of our days, the great bass baritone Justino Díaz sings nine arias by the magnificent genious from Salzburg, W.A.Mozart. This cd is a real superb exhibition of vocal skills and power. Díaz ( jan- 29th- 1940. Puerto Rico ) has developed a wonderful international career since he was very young. His debut was in "The telephone" by E. Wolff Ferrari. And his repertoire consists of more than 80 roles. Here, we can hear an excellent performances of the famous arias: "Madamina" ( il catalogo from Don Giovanni ), the very difficult "Rivolgete a lui lo sguardo "( usually sung in cosi fan tutte ), the charming "Mentre ti lascio, Per questa bella mano, Un baccio di mano, Cosi dunque tradisci ( concert's arias ) and the german "In diesen Heil'gen hallen"( from the Magic flute, composed for a very deep basso voice). All those arias present a lot of hardships , but Justino solves every problem correctly. In spite the arias are made for either low or high basses, Díaz sings them all in the best way. His vocal technique and astonishing coloured voice have done an astounding disc. Besides, it is a rare opportunity to listen Díaz'not common arias ( for example, he sings don Giovanni instead of Leporello ). The English Chamber Orchestra conducted by Ettore Stratta is delighful. Great Sound, too."
