She Achieved Great Fame with a String of Hits Through the 1950's. But her Roots were Really in Jazz, Having Performed with the Glenn Miller Orchestra, Bob Crosby and Joe Venuti. Her Chart Success Ended by the End of the 50's, but in the 60's Became a Popular Performer in Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe.
