A cooking hot debut album

"In the style of Kenso and other great Japanese fusion bands, KBB's debut album is a delight from start to finish. Crystal clear production reproduces each high-end cymbal hiss, as well as the deep rich tone of a very melodic bass. Love the fantastic Bruford-style drumming, and great keyboard work that includes piano, moog, mellotron, organ and more. And the violin adds a dimension that you don't typically hear with this kind of music. All-instrumental, very nice melodies and tempo shifts, good contrasts between aggressive and sweeter sounds.
This is one of the highest rated albums I own, folks. Essential.
