"At last, some music that doesn't bore me to tears with the same old same old. If you enjoy things like Lenny Kravitz, Elvis Costello, Graham Parker, Fountains of Wayne - but also want some jazz, some traditional blues, clear unfussy production, pure sounds and great musicality, then this is probably for you. I can hear bits and pieces from all throughout my record collection in this man's music. (The fact that I say "record collection" tells you I am in my late 30s, which will also give you a clue as to whether you might also enjoy this music). Although this fellow is apparently only in his early to mid 20s, he sounds like he has been making music for three or four decades at least - his songs bear the hallmarks of having been around the proverbial Block of Life a couple of times.

Another thing in this man's favour is that his music can be listened too with seeming equal pleasure by me and my 7-year old daughter. REEE-SULT!"
