The protoge of Grammy Award winning saxophonist Eric Marienthal, Jacobson nails all of the essential elements in creating a quality Smooth Jazz record. Such as recording strong, melodic songs, creating compelling arrangements and delivering solid production values (credit to be shared with composer/producer Jeff McCullough). The title/first track draws the listener in for more. According to Marienthal who is the project's co-producer, "Keith Jacobson has a rare combination of gifts in his music. A Seattle transplant, Keith has been playing professionally for more than twenty-five years. During his days in the music-rich Seattle area, Keith performed with jazz pianist Primo Kim. He also performed with the Jimmy Dorsey orchestra and headed his own jazz quartet. Keith's sax style is smooth, expressive and easy listening.
Awsome Production!
The production of this CD provides the listener with a varity of music styles with incredible musicians and vocals, produced and mixed with a quality that is rare in todays music products.
I have shared this music with friends and family and all agree, this is "Take to the beach Music" and, Another Sad Love Song and I Wanna Be With You should be released to radio!"
