"Kelly Price's third CD was delayed for at least a year before it was finally released, and I'm happy to report that it's worth the wait. It's usually not a good sign when an album gets pushed back as frequently as "Priceless" did, but you can breathe easy that Kelly hasn't lost her groove. The album not only represents a mature step forward, but she's clearly grown more confident and self assured since her 1998 debut "Soul of a Woman." What's more, she co-wrote the majority of the tracks and serves as executive producer on the album. Her gospel-flavored voice glides through ace cuts like the emotional "He Proposed," the showstopper "I Live Here Now," and her battle of the pipes with Faith Evans in "Sister." But the track that had me raise my eyebrows is "Again," a Latin-flavored jam that features guitar from Eric Clapton, whose playing blends nicely into the song. Ever since Price made a guest appearance on Whitney Houston's single "Heartbreak Hotel," her career has been moving in the right direction and is one of r&b's most respected young singers. The Price is right."

"I applaud Kelly for losing weight because most of us know it is hard work. But I can't help notice that Kelly's songs were better on her previous albums. Before Kelly sang with more heart and for some reason the songs were deeper. I don't know if emotional struggles had anything to do with it but I could connect with Kelly better before she changed. I feel like she not only changed her looks but changed her way of singing. She was always a beautiful woman with the voice of an angel. I will continue to buy her albums. I don't have THAT much of a problem with Priceless but I expected a lot more from Kelly. This album...well I just wasn't feeling it the way I felt her other songs. I didn't hear anyone talking about it. I don't know how it did on the charts. I wish Kelly the best and I will always be a fan. But I notice that when artists lose weight or change their looks their songs seem to change too. I saw this with Luther too. Once he lost all that weight he didn't seem like the same singer we all knew and loved. I think adjusting to someone's new look is hard when a new album accompanies that. It's like the public doesn't get a chance to get used to the new persona so the new album is just too weird to get into. I don't know if other people notice that but it seems that once someone looks a certain way, they don't put all the heart into the songs they sing from that point on. I hope Kelly's next album is a big hit and I hope it provides the old talent she had when she was larger ( even if she stays the same )."
CD should not have been slept on

"This is Price's best CD and it did not get promoted well. I'm a huge fan of Price and I'm really glad I bought this CD. Price has a strong voice. A real voice, a voice that sounds even better Live. The one low point on this CD was her collaberation with Keith Murray. Aside of that I liked almost all the songs on this CD. 2. Someday - nice gospel sounding CD
5. Sisters - Beautiful song with Faith Evans
6. Again - nice song with some Latino guitar flavor
8. Strong Man - very, very, nice song. One I play a lot reminds me of my man. :) #7 is a nice lude with very nice music that would have made a nice full song. 9. How does it feel - Price really shocases her voice on this song. This CD is just awesome."
The voice alone is untouchable!

"I am so excited that this CD is finally released. Like many of the other reviews state, I to have been waiting for this release since June 2002. Kelly Price has always been given the shaft in regards to promotion and air play. Maybe it is because she doen's look like record label execs expect her to, but it can not be denied that Kelly Price definitely stands at the front of the female R&B spot. It is almost like hearing that woman in church that everyone wants to hear sing...Kelly's voice just moves you. This album is no different that the others. Her voice alone makes it worth the wait and the money that the CD would cost. There really is not much flare to this album (two interludes that really could have been left off), but track after track you realize that like this album tag states, her voice seems effortles, the songs are timeless and the album in priceless!Kelly is definitely at her best when she sings about issues that are personally close to her heart. The stand out "Strong Man" is proof positive that the girl can sing and "Sister" a duet with another R&B great, Faith Evans is a smooth as a Sunday Jazz Brunch. Kelly definitely shines on her ballads. Ms. Price also offers some up-tempo records that are good as well. In great Kelly Price style she doesn't forget to thank the one who gave her her gifts. This album's attempt is "You Brought the Sunshine," which if you are a true Gospel music fan, you would know that this Clark sister's classic is a very hard undertaking. Not only does Kelly take this challenge, she goes way beyond and vocally reaches to the heavens. Did I mention that the Clark sister's join her on the record? Yeah, priceless.Overall this CD, although it was not promoted like a singer like Kelly Price deserves, will put all other releases this year to shame. If not in album sales, in vocal truth."
Hot, Soulful, and Confident Album

"Confident and soulful best desribe Kelly's latest release. She is in control and self-assured on this set. Maybe it was the weightloss or the success of her second album, but this time around she is not "begging him to stay" or "confronting someone who [took] her man." On this set, she is letting him and the world know that you should not have to settle. The songs are soulful and mostly mid-tempo. She is also suprisingly reserved on this set. She wrote, produced, and arranged most of the tracks and the girl has mad skills. The arrangements are well-organized to flow beneath her voice and the lyrics are deeper that on her previous releases. This is clearly her best album to date and I hope that she gets the recognition that she deserves. This is true R&B. Don't sleep on this one."
