"Holy cow...I first heard this track off KLAQ in a little town way down close to the border. Not only did I love it, but I had to get it. Shortly after, the band showed up in a local club, and wow...everything they do is awesome. If you like the sound to pulse through your system, get your heart pounding, and send your mind to flying, this is the band for you...Blue on Black is only my favorite track. This is rock the way it was intended...."
This song keeps you listening till the very last note.

"Walking down the street with my walkman on usually gets boring while scanning the radio for something decent to listen to. While staying on WBAB(L.I.,N.Y.) , a song came on that was very pleasurable. I swore I heard this before, but I could not remember the artist name. The sound resembles The Allman Bros. Band, maybe a lost Firm song, possibly a Blind Faith song I totally missed. Everthing about this song is perfect. the main guitar solo could have been cultivated by Bad Company's Mick Ralphs or "the man" Jimmy Page. Assuming the song was almost over, I started praying, hoping the station would say the name of the artist, "please, please, please say who sings this! I must buy this!! Thank GOD thay did. Good thing I had my pen from work and the back of a bussiness card from my wallet! And thank you, amazon.com, for verifing that "Blue On Black",by Kenny Wayne Shepherd does exist."

"My sister was listening to Kenny Wayne Shepard in the car one day and I thought now that is an artist, none of this "formally known as" stuff, just his name. I love his song "Blue on Black", it is awesome. As my dad would say he is just a good old boy trying to make a living."
