"This collection of music is rich with melody and resonant guitar work. Keola's voice has a soothing mellow quality and he sings with such sincere emotion about Hawaii that it makes you homesick for the islands. The song written for his mother, True Hawaiian Way, is touching in his admiration for his mom's heart and kindness. The addition of native instruments used for percussion and the nose flute are amazing in the way they compliment the vocals and guitarwork. This one continues to grow on you."
