This album is crazy good. Its not surprising everything Rock did after it failed in comparison. Devil Without a Cause features Rock, mixing, a rap by little person Joe C and a hell of a good time.

I really enjoyed the lyrics and music, "Only God Knows Why," even though I am not really that religious. Kid Rock played around a bit with a few varying music styles-which adds to the fullness of the CD.
