"This is a great CD. Wish it was available in the stores. Love the song F**k You Blind and Three Sheets to the Wind. Balls in your Mouth is funny as hell too. As I said, Kid Rock is pimpin'."
Without the pressure to sell records Kid Rock excells.

"The recent rush to be a part of the new synthesis of Rock and Rap is perhaps six years tardy. In truth rock and rap have always had a symbiotic relationship, rap carried on the torch of rebellion that Rock lost when it succombed to disco. In exchange, rappers pilfered the musicianship and pop song format that rockers and motown artists created long ago. Run DMC uses guitars liberally, Ice-T loves Led Zepplin, et cetera. In 1993, not 1999, Rock and Rap were fused together in their most raw and pure forms on the appropriately titled Polyfuze Method. Kid Rock's disdain for all things authoritative and mainstream are values which are at the pinnacle of both early rap and Rock and roll. The influence of rock, rap, country, heavy metal(Which is not true rock and roll) are evident, but not emphasized. Instead, Rock created his own sound, replete with sampled loops, original licks, and lyrics that Eminem must have listened to since birth. In short, this album IS rock and rap, it is A white bboy rapping without exploiting his race, his musical background, or the listening public. This is pop-art, rude, raw and raunchy, but art. Get it."
Great CD

"This maybe Bob's most creative work by far. Dont get me wrong, Devil without a Cause is, but this is no doubt his next best one. Songs that just are too good to pass up are:"Killing Brain Cells", "Prodigal Son", "3 Sheets to the Wind", "Back From the Dead", Desperado, "Balls in Your Mouth", and "you dont know me". As you can see this album is worth it."
Different from Devil w/o a cause but EXCELLENT

"If you're only familiar with DWAC, then you're in for a little surprise. This is REAL Kid Rock. The best CD Rock has out. Rap and rock mixed perfectly. 3 sheets to the wind is epic."
