"Since no one else has reviewed this, I figured I'd chime in. This is a CD/DVD set from Killing Joke's 2003 tour, featuring Jaz, Geordie, Raven, and Big Paul Ferguson.
The audio part of the show is very good, much better than the Gathering DVD, in which the sound was so muddled that Geordie's guitar somehow got lost in the mix much of the time. On this show, Geordie's guitar is more up front in the mix and sounds great. The track selection is a mixed bag of old and new, and ignores most of their "hits" or well-known songs.
The problem I have is with the video, which was "remixed." There are effects overlayed on much of the show. Think 1980s visuals splashing across the screen, or the band name constantly being flashed all over. There are virtually no crowd shots, so it almost appears to be a soundstage at some points.
Overall I'd give it 3 1/2 stars. The audio is great, the video is not but it's a better representation of 21st century Killing Joke than the Gathering. Hopefully their 2010 tour will produce a more fully realized concert video."
