"growing up,i spent my summers in Greece. Thank God, because otherwise the only thing i would know about Kim Wilde is "you keep me hanging on".America missed out on a big star.I think that in the past year Kim has released two of her best singles ever. "loved" and now "born to be wild". Let's face it, BTBW is a classic, wether you liked it or not.I personally didnt care for the original. Kim's version however is slammin'.Strong, strong vocals, tight production. and the b-side "all about me" is absolutely incredible,(i smell success on us dance charts). not many singers can make a dance tune feel so warm, like Kim does. for someone who has retired and has only been putting out singles here and there...she sounds better than ever. and singing with incredible confidence. Kim needs to put out a full length album and America needs to wake up and realize what they have been missing for years. because i put Kim Wilde right up there with Debby Harry, Madonna, and Kate Bush. **hurry up and order this cd before it becomes unavailable, its a must have."

"I own Born to be Wild, i heard that song before but Kim Wilde did an excellent cover of smash hit Born to be Wild she took it to another lever, very dance and hip style. I love there is some guitar in it too. And another surprise B side song All About Me another hot dance-electro pop song from Kim and her voice sounds so pure and hot, all about Me has very interesting lyrics too that i really enjoy, "Its not about you, Its all about Me, Its nothing u said, i have to be free" sounds little bit like Madonna die another day. Overall i really enjoyed the Cd single with few surprise remixes too."

"Kim Wilde of Kids in America & You Keep Me Hangin' On fame of the 80's is back with a remake of Steppenwolf's Born to be Wild. This single offers 3 mixes of Born to Be Wild. The Radio Mix remixed by Jeo is a pumpin' hard drivin dance mix that is both dance floor & radio friendly. The Special Arabian Radio Mix is a drum infested pop ditty that is also dance & radio friendly. The chillout mix is a r&b feeling version that is radio friendly. All are excellent with my preference for the Radio Mix as it's the fastest & makes my feet move!! The fourth track is an excellent new song titled All About Me which is also music to the feet with a Madonna feel. The single is only available in Germany & it was released on 10/14/2002 so order it from Amazon as an import if you want a copy."
