"Other than this Japanese import, the only way to obtain these live recordings is to join the KC Collectors Club. The price of this import is actually just slightly more than a years' subscription which gets you a CD every other month. These early (1st three) Club releases are amongst the coolest things they've put out so far. The '69 Marquee Club show is a little rough in the sound department, especially it's bonus track "Trees" (18 minutes long)which is barely listenable but still fascinating (Fripp warned us about the sound). The other two are much better sounding although Jacksonville '72 suffers from overload distortion being a soundboard cassette that was recorded too loud. It's still a good document of the Islands era touring band in action. The final CD, Bremen Beat Club '72, may very well be the best Club release; it's the only good quality recording of the short lived line-up with eccentric genius percussionist Jamie Muir, who can be heard in all his glory on this excellent (German TV) recording. Bremen Beat Club gives new meaning to the word improvisation. This box is a good way to get these CD's if you missed them when the club offered them in '98-'99...."
King Crimson - 'Collector's King Crimson, Vol. 1' (DGM) 3 1

"This review is for disc three only. See a separate review I did for disc one. CD # 3 is from a German gig that took place on October 17, 1972. Have to wonder if this is the entire concert, as it has just three songs. Sound quality has a few flaws, but still very acceptable. The thirty-minute "Rich Tapestry Of Life" is probably the best cut here. As if you're a major Crimson nut or even a completist (which I'm neither) you would obviously get more out of "Exiles" and "Larks Tongues In Aspic (Part 1)" than I did. A decent live, previously unreleased vintage concert from one of the most 'out-standing' progressive bands left over from the '70's."
