"This CD is a beautifully balanced collection of instrumental celtic music --a mix of lively and slow. Many of the cuts are hymns. I enjoy listening to the whole album, or picking a single cut (fast or slow) and programming it to play over and over for a sustained mood. The musicianship is superb, and the instrumentation is fresh. A work of love, not in any way a commerical rush job."

"This album was purchased by myself at a museum of ships. I found the cover to interest me, but as you listen, you will find that it has magical qualities that are only touched upon on the surface. I am of Irish decent and so interested in the Celtic Traditions. This music takes you to a time you can otherwise only imagine. In listening, one is transported through time and space when peoples were happy to be alive, and rejoiced in the music that made them feel that way. Today, our lives lead us to be so busy that we forget to stop and listen to the music and thank our creators that we are even here. This is a must."
