"For me this album came out of nowhere and knocked my socks off! I heard she was featured on "The L Word" and has put out a bunch of albums in Canada. This record is really enjoyabel. Reminds me a lot of Esthero and Nelly Furtado (who I think she's toured with...) Highlights are "Alright" (also on The L Word Soundtrack,) "Come," "E-Merged," and "Discovered."
Trust me on this one...you can't go wrong!"
Awesome-what a package to be unfolded!

"I have browsed through various trip-hop to easy-listening artists and have not found a sound so unique like Kinnie Starr. I get bored easily with the same kind of vocals, style, beat, etc. on a CD. Her mix is ecletic-ranging from rockin' to sensual. Her music seems to "unfold" every time I listen to it. I would have never discovered her unless the L word featured her. There is a lot of trip-hop junk out there!
If you are into mesmerizing international music, look for Natacha Atlas as well!"

"This album isnt bad, but I just wanted to point out that this is in no way trip-hop. Those people dont know what they are talking about."
