Simply sublime...

"I listened to this album on casette tape back in, I don't know, 1992-3, and remember it fondly, and I must say that the album has aged quite well. The first part of the album covers tracks from Kojiki, perhaps Kitaro's greatest masterpiece based on ancient myths about creation of Japan. The latter tracks, including the unsurpassable "Light of the Spirit" (collaborative work he has done with Mickey Hart back in 1987), have a quite "foreign" and cosmic flavor, in contrast to the earlier tracks which have more - how should I put it? - familiar and nostalgic undertone. Live performances have been re-arranged extensively (mostly for the better), so even the listeners who already own Kojiki or The Light of the Spirit should be able to enjoy it."
A journey through thoughts, fantasy and relaxation!

"Kitaro is that and more. Delivering melodies of soft, fast and blendish notes that just transports your imagination to another time."
