"If the names Daft Punk and Motorbass mean anything to you you'll need to get this comp asap: the first track is an exclusive written by DP and performed by Gonzales, and it's a gem of faux-muzak brilliance. The rest of the tracks - all exclusive - vary from straightforward French House to downtempo, and although the quality varies there's nothing disposable; tracks by Lacquer, Shakedown and Romuald (a perfectly dreamy end-of-night closer) are especially good. The tracks are unmixed, which suits the variety of tempos.
"Kitsune Love" stands above the mix pack mainly because (for the moment) the tracks are all new, so if you're a ... for chic party music by currently hot musos this is essential."
