(4 out of 5 stars)

"Komeda wrote the scores to most of Roman Polanski's 60s work--if you know of him it is probably from is work on Rosemary's Baby--and developed such a cult, a band in the 90s took his name. (They are good, and worth checking out.)

This CD is a combonation of jazz, and spacey music using a harpsichord. At times it is loungey, but the more esorteric parts of the score work quite well. Even the lounge parts are entertaining to hear.

This is not Komeda's best soundtrack work, but the innovative parts are well worth giving this a buy."
